Home / Our Pricing

"So how much is this going to cost me?" you ask...well, it depends! Our pricing structure is highly flexible, allowing us to work with a variety of budgets. Let us break it down for you as simply as we can:

        1. We charge a FLAT labor rate: Each menu item you order will cost $40 in labor. Yes that rate stays the same for entrees, sides, and desserts. Why? Because that cheesecake is more labor intensive than those scallops, And that risotto is more labor intensive than than that chicken marbella.
        2. We charge for groceries: We work with AWESOME local vendors to get you the BEST deals possible. Because we buy all of our ingredients as close to delivery day as possible, you will not receive an invoice until we have our final grocery costs (usually Wednesday evening).
        3. THAT. IS. IT....No hidden fees. No tax. No delivery fee. No service fee. It's ALL INCLUDED in that flat labor rate.

We know this is a little abstract, so let us give you some numbers so that you can visualize what ordering from Taking Pure Joy LLC might look like. These are just examples of how clients tend to order, so it may look slightly different for you, but we hope this is helpful! Fun ways to save ~ if you are on a budget but still excited to try our service, there ARE ways to make it work!

~ Because the bulk of your bill will be allocated toward that per menu item labor charge, it is most cost effective to order fewer menu items at more servings per menu item...you might not get as much variety, but you will save a pretty penny!

~ Get your entrees from us and make your own sides :)

~ Split the bill! Order a few menu items at 8 servings per item and share with another family or couple!

~ Referral program ~ every time a new client orders from us via your recommendation, you will receive 15% off your next order (and so will they!). Read more about how oure referal program works HERE.
